Summer Children's Program: Along the Silk RoadWhat was the Silk Road? Why was it important to many people and how did it change the world? Every Friday from June 2nd to July 7th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, we will learn all about the history of the Silk Road and its impact on history through fun games and crafts! Join us as we travel along the Silk Road from Asia to Europe and everywhere in between. We will explore the foods, cultures, goods, and people that made the Silk Road the oldest and largest trade route for 2,000 years.
This summer program is geared toward children ages 3 – 5 and 6 – 12. Admission is $1 per child per session. Families will be allowed to explore the Museum after each session.
