Community Scan DayMemories are precious, and sometimes our personal collections do not survive over the years. Join JHM for a Community Scan Day on May 4 from 12 PM to 3 PM to preserve your items! Register for $5 for a 20-minute time slot to bring up to 25 items (no larger than 11 x 17) such as old family photos, documents, or letters to the museum. Our staff will digitize your treasures, give them back to you, and provide you with a USB flash drive containing the copies. For historical preservation, some selected scans may be chosen by JHM staff and preserved in JHM's digital archives. Please note that slides will not be accepted during this event due to time constraints.
